Star Wars the Old Republic Smuggler - Roam the Galaxy Solo

Say what? Thats the usual reaction after hearing or conversing with a Star War TOR Smuggler. A class which answers to no one but themselves, the Smuggler is lethal in its very own way. Always a flirtatious character, the Smuggler does not only flirt with pretty Jedi Knights, but mostly with danger. The Smuggler calm-like nature is what keeps in on top of his game. A scruffy-looking character with jokes up every sleeve, the Smuggler leads a path and life very different from other SWTOR characters.

Making up things as they go, the Smuggler has one of the most colorful personalities the game has to offer. Definitely one of the most exciting characters to be roaming around in the galaxy. Taking on jobs that would make you say ''You're are out of your mind!", the Smuggler charges in with no fear with his/her calm like gut. Demanding a fee for every service they never risk their neck for nothing.

So you ask who the Smugglers are working for? The Empire? Probably if they paid good money. Smugglers come in whole different packages. Not all Smugglers are mercenaries and of course some of them do have hearts of pure kindness, helping the poor and those who have been kicked of the path. Smugglers amazingly make a lot of friends on the way and just like Han Solo, he had Chewbacca as a backup, a very loyal and memorable sidekick. Smugglers usually stick with a few trusted friends and journey the galaxy together.

Never look down on a Smuggler who when compared to Sith and other Jedi's who wield powers to life huge crates and fight with the power of their minds. The Star Wars the Old Republic Smuggler is notoriously known for their blasters and how powerful they are with them. Combined with their unorthodox combat moves, the Smuggler grasps as sense of his enemy and is always the first to shoot.

If you've always been fond of Hans Solo or other Smugglers in the movies, Star Wars the Old Republic lets you experience the very best of this Smuggler. Designers at Bioware have seriously done a great job with the game as to inventing all the different types of powers to cause a sense of surprise for gamers and also in making gamers laugh at the same time. Open up to a whole new style of play with the Smuggler.

Star Wars: The Old Republic Basic Strategies

Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR) is an MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) for the PC, produced by Bioware. As such, strategies are a very important aspect of playing successfully. You should be familiar with your character's capabilities and how best to make use of the class you've chosen. Here are some Star Wars the Old Republic Strategies.

And if the $15 monthly subscription fee has been holding you back, you'll be glad to hear that it is going away. That's right, SWTOR is going Free to Play. If you've wanted to live at least part of your day in the Star Wars Universe, acting out your fantasies there with or without your friends, you'll be able to do so while saving money on the subscription fees. You'll be able to play all the way to Level 50 for free. To make it an even better deal, the price of the game is dropping to $15, so you'll save even more money and on top of that you also get a free month of premium access with your purchase.

Here are some Star Wars: The Old Republic strategies.

Republic Classes

Trooper: The basic soldier class of the game, troopers use heavy firepower and specialized squads to overpower enemies. Use the trooper's heavy armor and powerful weapons to your advantage in overpowering your opponents.

Jedi Consular: This class is the complement to the Jedi Knight. Whereas the Knights specialize in lightsaber combat perhaps more than anything else, Consulars are better with force-based techniques. Using wisdom and meditation, they act as the wise sages of the Republic and use their knowledge to out-think their enemies.

Smuggler: A master of stealth and surveillance, it isn't too far of a stretch to call smugglers the scout class of the game. Best at indirect combat, you won't want to use this class in open combat, stick to the shadows instead.

Jedi Knight: Masters of close combat with a lightsaber and offensive force abilities, Jedi Knights are one man armies with the Force as their allies. Use their advanced Force powers and quick agility to overwhelm enemies in larger groups.

Sith Empire Classes

Bounty Hunter: This class specializes in high-tech weaponry and specialized gadgets. This makes them a powerful choice in combat against Jedi perhaps more than any other classes besides the Sith Warrior. Their sometimes bizarre tactics will be useful for unexpected attack plans.

Sith Inquisitor: Less aggressive and more withdrawn than the Sith Warriors, this class specializes in dark-side powers much like the Consular specializes in light-side powers. Beware their efficient use of 'Force Lightning' and stay your distance.

Imperial Agent: Stealth is your friend. The dark counterpart to the smuggler, Agents are shadowy fiends that assassinate their enemies with quick, powerful attacks.

Sith Warrior: Opposite the Jedi Knight, Sith Warriors are brutally efficient hand-to-hand combatants with a lightsaber, using the dark side and its techniques to win.

With these class specializations, try to keep in mind what your class was designed for and use it to develop successful strategies in this huge online world.
